Application details you submit (name, phone, email, ZIP, goals), program tracking data you share with your coach (check-ins, meal photos, scan results), and standard website analytics.

How we use it

To contact you about your application, deliver coaching, measure your program against its guarantee, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information. Meal photos and scans are visible to your coaching team only, and are never used in marketing without your separate written consent.

Your choices

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time using the contact page. Marketing messages always include an opt-out.
