Applicants come in for a consult and body scan. Our playbook closes them into a 20-person, $599 cohort.

A structured week-6 goal review converts a large share of completers into your ongoing membership. Gyms with a scripted conversion conversation convert 50 to 70% of completers; without one it drops to 20 to 30%.

The challenge model is client-financed acquisition: a premium, defined-end program collected upfront covers its own marketing several times over before delivery begins. The challenge is the acquisition engine. The membership conversions are where long-term value lives, and those belong entirely to you.
That is also why our incentives line up: we only make money when cohorts fill and finish, and your payday depends on graduates converting. Both of us need the program to be excellent.
